Reading some previous we cannot understand what the complaints are about. The hotel is smack bang in the heart of where it all happens, right on the lake, shops and restaurants all below. The service was good, the rooms were clean, tidy and well appointed, and the breakfast had good variety and were well prepared. Would stay here again.

I can recommend this hotel to other families. They have a nice indoor and outdoor spa, which makes it a great place to stay with kids. They also have a good garage in the basement, so parking was easy!

Maybe they should hire taller maids. Pillows are like bricks: small and hard. Location is excellent, though, and the staff also tries to impress.

This dump is at the intersection of Ikea furniture, typically sour Hungarian workers and run down near communist style facilities. Everybody in the place hates their job.
