Balatonfüred is probably the best location on the Balaton and this hotel which belongs to the Anna Grand Hotel where you have breakfast etc. (of medium quality, by the way). Set in a nice park right at the lakeside, you can sleep with open windows but should ask for a room facing the lake and not the (small) road.
