Superb location overlooking river and Parliament, with big clean modern rooms and the most fantastic breakfast buffet I have ever seen at a hotel. In addition to the usual coffees, teas, breads, there was a selection of cereals, freshly made pastries, fruits, meats, jams, and on and on, all in a beautiful, clean and very large breakfast room.
