Once again, a hotel up to the high Novotel standard. We stayed here for two nights on our coach tour of Prague, Budapest and Vienna and really enjoyed ourselves. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was very smart and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was excellent and the breakfast was also very good.

Despite being located in a busy part of Pest, you don't hear the traffic noise on the upper floors, some of the rooms have no windows so ask what you are getting if that is important to you. Budapest Novotel Centrum, is not only located really in the city center but also near the main tram line, and a subway station - plus important bus lines. It is a communication haven. The hotel itself, has nice rooms, excellent WIFI and extremely helpful staff. That why I spent therer my second consecutive vacation in Budapest.

Although not in the best part of Pest, the hotel was clean, quiet, very well run and inexpensive. Reception staff were friendly, efficient and helpful with perfect English. We had absolutely nothing to complain about, other than a few noisey beer-swigging guests in the bar one evening.
