Good points - location is great, price can be cheap.
Apart from that - beds are about 30 years old and falling apart, sheets are matching vintage, the shower has a door missing, the bathroom is covered in mildew, the freezer in the fridge has some black stuff growing in it, the tv doesn't work and there's a strange smell...
