Excellent location. People were very helpful and nice. We could walk to some very nice restaurants. The hotel made reservations for us and gave us directions. We had a nice view of the Basilica and were close to the square.

A nice place to stay, centrally located, right next to the Basilica, two blocks from the center of transportation.. Highly recommended. Only issue: a strict enforcement of 2 PM check-in time. Very irritating, especially in cold weather.

We got a very good deal with Jet 2 for this hotel which made it excellent value. Very clean, helpful staff and ideal location. Some very nice restaurants nearby and just a short walk from all the action. Being pensioners we got free travel which made it even better.
