The room's heating is wrong. Nobody knows which traveller are in which package! Organization is totally missing. The price an service range is too far each other! I do not recommend it!!!! The elevator is wrong. It hasn't an emergency ring which should be used if any problem, stop occur.

Liked the fact Car Park was gated, so checked- in and was greeted warmly by a lady who spoke perfect English (this in a resort primarily for Hungarian visitors).
