We stayed here on our annual lads weekend, the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms we had were clean with comfy beds and decent showers and bathroom. The restaurant staff were unfriendly and indifferent and the breakfast was of a poor quality. Processed meats and cheese, a two slice toaster and orange cordial instead of juice.

Old hotel with great location. Really good choice for the bikers cause of free secure parking behind of the building. Room was dusty cause of the old carpet and bed wasn´t that good. Breakfast was really good with lot s of different dishes.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Reception staff friendly and very helpful. Room spacious, comfortable and clean throughout stay. Bathroom excellent and shower great. We would stay here again and would recommend the hotel and Kaunas to our friends. We loved Kaunas!

Lovely old hotel, great old rotating wooden door and entrance hall with stained glass on the stairs. Rooms were basic, but large and clean. Breakfast was good. The location was brilliant for wandering round the shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. The price, really really good value for money!

Well it is warm, which is good as it was freezing, FREEZING cold whilst I was there. The hotel is in an art deco building which was erected in the golden era of kaunas in 1899. Great location & price. A comfortable hotel in the old traditional style. Bedroom was refurbished and had flat screen TV. Bathroom had a very good wet-room style shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the receptionists spoke excellent English. Stayed here twice and will always choose the Metropolis when visiting Kaunas.
