Perfect staff, attentive, nice, helpful and the breakfast is the best ever. A good selection on the buffet but you also get warm dishes of your choice. Fair warning, no elevator. Luckily we were only one floor up.

We enjoyed our short stay at the schlossle. Attentive service, very clean and very comfortable. The medieval setting makes it also very romantic and warm. Location is unbeatable. It is not the cheapest of options, most likely, but we felt we got a good value package. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a very comfortable stay in this beautiful, boutique historic hotel. We stayed in a deluxe room over Easter and the only disappointment was the breakfast - service was slow and the buffet regularly ran low - but otherwise a great choice

Very unpleasant experience. Valley damaged our car, no assistance from hotel was provided in resolving the issue. Disturbing smell in the bathroom, poor breakfast. Overall quality and experience does not correspond to a level of service expected from a boutique hotel. Management was a major disappointment.
