It is located in the old city of Tallinn. The hotel is a historical building with classic room design. Breakfast was of good quality. The restaurant seemed to be a famous russian one. Hotel staff were nice and helpful and could speak english well.

We've stayed at Telegraaf for 4 nights and could say that this is nice hotel in Old Town. Location is great, lobby is very attractive, service (in general) is good. But when you stay at SLH property you expect LUXURY hotel. Unfortunately this is not the place for luxury stay. Rooms needs to be renovated, corridor's carpets should be cleaned.... More
