Front desk staff needs to get education about service. They are unprofessional and rude. Hotel is 2 stars most. I would not personally book this hotel as there are more friendlier establisments nearby for way less money.

We had nice Mother's day lunch with our family mothers and grandmothers. Very good quality and value for buffet lunch. Have been earlier at their SPA area what is also very nice. Cant tell much about rooms as do not need it at hometown :-)

This hotel is located at the very centre of Tallinn. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff very polite (this is not always the case in former Soviet-Estonia). Breakfast was excellent.
