Arrived drunk, was drunk for the duration and left drunk so I can't really go into too many specifics. Perfect for a stag party, really friendly staff, adequate facilities and great location. 24 hour bar was a bonus and even at 7am in the morning the staff are friendly and chatty. Would stay again under similar circumstances

This hostel was really fun, had a great time here. The location was convenient, very close to the city centre. All the staff were really friendly. If planning a trip to Riga, this is the place to stay.

Staff at Franks are very friendly and helpful and willing to answer any questions you might have, there is a free beer on arrival, the bar is open 24 hours, there is no curfew and the location is brillant in the old town- close to all the main attractions and there are lots of different tours available. Recently booked 30 rugby players in to this hostel, we had an airport pick up and a free beer on arrival, they had their own bar which was open 24 hours and 14 person rooms which was perfect. the hostel is about 2 minutes walk to an off-license and a 3 minute walk to a variety of pubs and clubs!... the hostel has a perfect location! there are a lot of different Riga tours, so you can easy find new friends and company to have a nice evening) there's the 24h bar near reception. it's really friendly hostel! strongly recommended to stay there!))

This hostel is quite ok - I love the welcome drink upon arrival, free computers' room, baggage storage place, big number of bathrooms. Though, the breakfast was awful there. I couldn't eat it up.
