We enjoyed our few days stay on Waiheki Island. The Crescent Valley Eco Lodge was interesting if a little basic - but for the price it is worth it. We wondered if Sue and Dave had their minds elsewhere as there was a for sale notice outside.

Stayed as woofers for 2 week duration. We had a wonderful time. The accommodation was great, location was within walking distance to all necessities and plenty of beaches, most importantly the hosts were outstanding. We would definitely recommend staying here and plan on coming back ourselves!

With birds songs in the morning, a gorgeous breakfast and a hot spa to enjoy the end of the day looking at the stars, we could'nt be more satisfied. D&L... More

As the feeling of paradise smacks you in the face as you step of the ferry. Crescent Valley Eco Lodge nurses that feeling through your whole stay. Hidden away down between the trees in the middle of Waiheke your not far away from anything. Up the valley is some amazing views of the island, and from there you can roll... More

The Eco Lodge in Palm Beach is beautifully run by Dave and Sue, two extremely friendly individuals who are as flexible as they are hospitable. The lodge is kept extremely clean and tidy despite the best efforts of their two adorable sons to throw their toys in the way. We had the pleasure of caring for the kids and garden... More

Ths is truly a hidden gem - like a treehouse in a valley on the lovely island of Waiheke a short ferry ride from Auckland harbour. The family are very friendly, there are good self catering facilities and two double bedrooms. Waiheke has great beaches walks and wine tasting.
