We spent 2 nights at Maritsa's house and absolutely loved it. Great location, very close to main square. We had the two rooms on the terrace and they were so beautiful and clean, also very quiet and private, had breakfast and dinner on the terrace under the stars. The food was great, among the best we had in cuba and... More

My boyfriend and I ended up staying at Maritza's casa on a recommendation by her son, whose casa (osmaryalberto) was fully booked. We arrived with no idea of what to expect, so we were even more delighted when we realised what a good casa we'd found. Maritza is a wonderful lady with a warm, bubbly personality, and she made us... We stayed here with our friends ( i.e. 2 couples) with Maritza and her kind, accomodating staff in February for 3 nights and it was special from start to finish. She greeted us with a welcome lemonade after the long bus ride form Havana and showed to our rooms which were very comfortable and clean. We had our breakfasts and... More

We have recently returned from a 16 day vacation in Cuba. Maritzas casa in Trinidad was by far the best casa we visited. Nice room on the roof terrace ( there are two rooms in a small building on the roof terrace with chairs, table and even a hammock outside) and Maritza (and her staff) are very hospitable. We planned... More

Fantastic roof terrace, nice people, excellent food and great hospitality. Very good for children. Trinidad is a very nice place with nice beaches. Don't miss the public beach beach in La Bocca. Couldn't get any better! Don't miss out on the rom drinks of the house, especially the Cancanchara.

Maritza has a strong personality and knows how to run a guest house, with the help of her two sons (one of them has an Australian girl friend who is very helpful for English speaking tourists). Beautiful rooms on a nice terrace, very confortable. Welcome cocktails offered. Very nice and convenient location in Vinales, not to far from the historical... More

We have just returned from 3 weeks in Cuba and seriously found the food at Maritza's the very best. We enjoyed 3 nights dining under the stars of her roof terrace and our room was very comfortable. Trinidad in the daytime is too much of a daytripper tourist nightmare, at night it is a different experience. I would definitely stay... More

We have stayed at Maritza's house for 3 nights just before New Year. To say that it was amazing is an understatement! It was 5 of us, all adults and we've travelled around Cuba visiting Havana, Cienfuegos, Playa Larga, Trinidad, Santa Clara, Matanzas and Varadero. Personally I thought Trinidad was the nicest place and Maritza's house made it even better!... More

We stayed in Trinidad for 4 nights as we fell in love with this beautiful town. The casa is located very centrally and close to all the action. The breakfast as in most casas was very tasty and filling but the dinners we had in Maritza's casa was fantastic. The best food I had in Cuba, especially the lobster on... More

My family (consisting of my husband, one year old baby, our little dog and myself) stayed here for 4 nights over the Christmas holidays. Trinidad is a wonderful place with a great vibe and this casa is right at the heart of it, only a couple of blocks away from the main plazas, yet on a quiet side street so... More
