Very clean hotel, excellent restaurants and lounge areas. Comfortable beds and very nice center atrium. Very friendly customer service, very attentive staff and they always want to assist. Location is very good for conventions at the Convention Center.

Big anonymous hotel, breakfast is very good, checkin and checkout took long due to queues, the hotel was fully booked. Somehow i expect more service from a hotel in this price range, everything was well organised but due to the large number of rooms aimed at being efficient. Lack of personal approach or being welcome makes me give 3 stars.
