Very nice hotel but, as usual for Marriott, you pay a steep price for just about everything. My biggest issue continues to be the surcharge for internet. Ridiculous in today's environment where almost all chains provide it free. They even charge for internet access in conference rooms. Can you spell gouge? More

Definitely not up to par when it comes to cleanliness! We had to call twice due to stained towels, shower curtain and sour coffee creamer. Too expensive for the small rooms. Friendly employees and very good location to museums. More

I called asking for routine information, was transferred incorrectly, called back and explained what I wanted very civilly and was YELLED AT for (apparently) not being more specific. I tried to explain and was blind-transferred mid-sentence to a voice mail. Will never book a room there now! More
