Pro's- cheap, average breakfast offering, nice staff, they are trying to do something really cool with repurposing an out of date apartment complex. Con's- deferred maintanence galore (parking lot, pool furniture torn up, exposed nails in room right next to my kids beds from missing molding on sink furniture, and overflowing dumpster in lot) , paper thin walls (traffic &... After being at disney all day, I decided to stay in Anaheim for the night. The room had a little patio and pretty French doors. The bed was soft, but the blanket had little holes. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall For how inexpensive the room was I was pleased More

Overall it was an experience. After continuing to ask for more towels and getting WiFi working the staff was patient with me. Some maintenance need to be addressed, electric cords and plugs, paint and wall and doors need attention.Staff gets high ratings Hotel thumbs down More

The room smelled very musty, the floors creaked when you walked on them, and our door needed two more inches on the bottom! Our 1 year old excaped all the time because the inside door did not lock. You can hear everyones conversations and activity in their rooms as you walked down the hall. Continental Breakfast was not to thrilling.... More

I stayed here three times. The first time it was OK the second time worse and the third time a disaster. I will not let convenience override my tolerance of disgust this time. This is a one star place and I cannot believe it is rated as high as three stars by many websites. The carpets looked and smelled like... More

When we arrived the desk staff asked if we wanted to look at the room before we agreed to pay for it, this was ominious, and we should have looked first. Room 108 was dumpy to say the least. The good; The pool area was nice, lobby area was clean, and the location to Disneyland is good, but you will... More

This hotel is more like a 1-2 star quality. The furniture is very outdated. The carpet was stained throughout the suite. The room smelled very old and dirty which is probably due to the disgusting carpet and stinky futon that smelled like urine. The staff were unfriendly and inefficient. I waited for over 15 mins when trying to check in... More

The pictures offered on the Lemon Tree's website and Orbitz are very misrepresentative of the actual rooms. This is not a hotel!! I've stayed in Motel 6s that were far superior than this. The rooms are not decorated as they are in the pictures, the room stunk of mildewed towels or carpet, the room was not ready upon our check-in,... More

My husband and I were coming to CA to visit Disneyland. We don't have children and had a car so didn't need to be right by the park. I looked at all of the hotels in this price range and this was the nicest. I loved the rustic feel and the tile and wood decor in our room. It was... More
