Great staff, made us fell welcome. Very nice rooms. The town of pismo is just a few minutes away, and there is shopping with in a few hundred yards in two directions. Great food as well a short wall away.

The rate has gone up significantly (over 40%) compared to last year. The wall is quite thin and you can hear your neighbors chatting even though they already spoken softly.
