“Very nice hotel...clean, great breakfast.....”

This is a very nice and clean hotel. The staff was very helpful, especially the young gentleman that took care of the breakfast room! The only reason I didn't give it a five is the cost....a little pricey!

First the positives - the room was clean and the staff friendly. DON'T get a room on the hiway side of the building......you will be up all night from the road noise. “Extremely friendly and professional staff!”

We enjoyed our recent 2-night stay very much. We haven't stayed in a Holiday Inn for years, but this hotel was clean, comfortable (beds were terrific!), and our daughters loved the swimming pool and hot tub. “They Do It Right”

This is an exceptional hotel. In large part this is because they do all the simple things correctly. Staff members (from the receptionists to the breakfast workers to the housekeepers) are professional, friendly, and seem to genuinely enjoy their work. “Enjoyed our stay!”

The rooms are clean and the service was good. The pancake maker at breakfast entertained our kids. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool; too much chlorine however! The fitness room is limited on equipment.

“Great stay!”

This was my first time in Alamosa and wanted to stay somewhere familiar. I was not disappointed at all. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. I didn't hear a lot of noise throughout the night (happens most hotels) and got a great night sleep. I'll be back.
