Sea Dreams Hotel is a family-run boutique hotel on the quaint island of Caye Caulker. We are located at the north end of the village- next to the The Split/Lazy Lizard Bar & Grill- which affords a three-sided view of the Caribbean Sea. Our dock, located on the leeward edge of The Split, is the entry into a unique slice of paradise: perfectly clear and calm, chest-deep, turquoise water with a white sandy bottom. Every evening, guests watch the sun melt into these waters and cast pastel shades across the skies. When guests are not diving, snorkeling, fishing, or touring Mayan ruins, they relax at the hotel with a tropical drink at our rooftop bar, a book in a hammock, or a canoe/paddle board ride to feed the local Tarpon. Accommodations range from intimate courtyard rooms to one-, and two-bedroom apartments, cabana, and home. Amenities include free bicycles, canoe, paddle boards, hot breakfast, WIFI, AC, TV, and bottled water.
This is the best hotel on the island! Absolutely breathtaking scenery no matter what room you stay in. The breakfast is so DELISH! The staff are wonderful! They setup all of your taxis to and from airport! So simple and the best vacation I’ve ever had! Thanks so much!

Sea Dreams is a pure delight. We have been coming to Caye Caulker for 7 years. This is by far our favourite resort. It’s graceful, honestl and classy. Very Caye Caulker. The staff are a charming ensemble and always remember us and make us feel like family. Rooms are well suited, comfortable and clean. Everything you need is here. Breakfast really nice and bar upstairs with jungle bird view so delightful. We look forward to our return here every year.

First, Caye Caulker in Belize should be on your list of travels. The “go slow” motto is such a nice break from the regular routine of life. Our group of 4 from the US stayed at Sea Dreams Hotel in the duplex and bungalo. The locations we stayed in were more like air b&b with kitchens living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms. They provide a very nice breakfast very morning, have free use of bikes to get around the island. The manager went out of her way to get us checked in after hours. Our luggage was delayed and they were extremely helpful with tracking and getting it delivered to us as fast as possible. All staff members were very helpful , nice, and accommodating. We plan on staying here during our future visits and you should too!

We had a great stay at this hotel. We especially liked the private dock area, nice chairs to watch the sunset from and right next to a swimming area. Free breakfast was an added plus and it was in a great location - right next to the Split and close to food. You can also see the water from their terrace. The only draw back - we did stay on a Saturday night and you could hear some music from the bar late into the night despite us using a sound machine. Didn't have the same issue on Sunday night though.

Greatest accommodation on the island. This is my fourth time on the island and first stay at Sea Dreams. It was always booked up and we understand why. Friendly staff, clean room, great location, free breakfast, private dock and access to a local bar to buy the perfect cocktail for sunset. Generally great amenities to hang out. It’s very affordable for the experience you get. Will definitely come back in the future.

A lovely stay for a family, close to calm swimming area for the kids, easy to get to activities and restaurants, and just far enough off the main drag to avoid the foot traffic. The staff were so helpful, and the included breakfast is a great way to start the day.

Caye caulker was the island vibes we were looking for in Belize! Super low key & chill. Sea dreams was a great place to land with comfortable & clean rooms & a cute island aesthetic. Their breakfasts are really great we had them every morning. The location is top notch right at the split which is great for sunset every night & they have their own private dock & bike to get around. This cute little hotel has everything you need to have a good time!

Great time with my son fly fishing in Belize for a week. The staff at Sea Dreams Hotel was friendly and the service was great. We really enjoyed our breakfast every morning and our cocktails before dinner every night looking over the water (the split). The hotel was clean and safe.

The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. They take care of your arrival by sending a driver to pick you up from the airport. The charge was $5 USD. I stayed in a courtyard room. It had a/c and a fan. There was a fridge that had sodas for 0.75 USD which is cheaper than the store. The bathroom sink is tiny so very difficult not to make water spills. The shower had good pressure but took a while to heat up. The toilet is paperless so dirty paper is placed in a bin. Breakfast varied each day and freshly prepared. I noticed a delay in service when the hotel was at full capacity. If you have any dietry requirements please let reception know when you check in. The private dock is a great place to watch the sunset and snorkel. The Split is a 2 minute walk away. The free bicycles were a great way of exploring the area. Mosquitos were a problem at sunset and there were a few in my room at night. Bring lots of deet repellant if you visit.…

Absolutely the best experience. They made everything easy for us, and had amenities to help make our trip perfect. Helped us book day trips, had breakfast, paddle boards, bikes, etc. It’s surrounded by the ocean, and right next to The Split, which is one of the cooler hangouts and restaurants on the island. We loved it!
