Great clean place to stay. We paid $25us for a double room with private bathroom. Very close to everything including water taxi. Best price we have found in belize city, we live in san pedro so come here often.

the place is awsome just close to every facilities in belize city. traveller should choose this place if wanted to travel out to the cayes. people at the guest house is very friendly and helpful. price for $35 overnight for 2person with A/C is a great deal in the main downtown area.
