Fifty dollars is about 15 dollars overpriced for this place. The communal areas were nice, but the room I was in had a cheap mattress, a window that wouldn't shut, a cool shower, and was in need of paint. “Guatemala Charm”

Very clean older hotel of cultural style. Interesting split level construction. Large rooms, clean, very inexpensive for quality. Courteous staff, security and good amenities. Hair dryer, small refrigerator, tv with spanish and english. Enjiyable stay. Firm mattress. Would return when in this part of city.
