This hotel is wonderful! It is my place of choice to stay whenever I am in Guatemala City, about once a year. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff is attentive and the food in the restaurant exceeds all expectations! No, its not the Ritz, but in regards to cleanliness, convenience, assistance and comfort, it ranks high with me!

We visited the hotel for only one night but was very impressed by the hotel. The hotel is very close to the airport. It was very clean and very updated. The staff was friendly and tried very hard to help us with the language barrier.
