My friends and I were in agreement that this was an excellent choice for a hotel. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed with the way the lobby looked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was very attentive to us.

Stayed at this hotel for over four months continually for business. The staff became family and were quite attentive to meet my needs and special requests. I appreciate the warm welcome I received each day during my long tenure at this hotel.

A overall good experience, the manager on duty and staff, did everything to make our stay a pleasure. It was a nice day we utilze the pool and work out room. The staff in the dining room for sunday brunch was very attendative .

We actually booked this hotel through parkflysleep.com and utilized the free Midway airport shuttle and parking while we were away. The room was very clean and convenient from the nearby parking space. We had a slight issue with the return shuttle and ended up taking a taxi (at the hotel's expense). The customer service was outstanding!!!
