The Service and the Room was very good. We had a Room with a connecting door to the next room and the insulation was not the best. One could hear the conversation and loughter. Next time need a room without a connecting Door.

One night stay was very nice. Hotel updated in very modern decor. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A must stay if you visiting the Des Moines area.

I stay at this Hotel at least once a week. it was recently remodeled in the last year. The Hotel staff is always very happy and ready to assist in any way. Very nice and I would recomend to anyone that needs to stay in the Des Moines Area. Daisy and yoalie are the best!

Sometime 2012 they put some money into this property - hall carpets, lobby, rooms are all improved. Stayed there last night and no complaints. Fridge and microwave in every room now. Breakfast was typical Comfort Inn stuff. I did appreciate the scrambled eggs. They still need to fix the hall door going to parking lot as it is exit only.

Had to attend a conference in Des Moines on January 9th. Room was clean, bed nice. Morning breakfast good also. Overall a nice stay. Great it is only a few minutes from downtown Des Moines. Would stay again.

Typical of the Choice Hotel brands. Clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet. There were a couple of young children in the pool making noise like any young children in the pool.
