Filthy rooms, dirty and smelly breakfast hall, bed bugs, rusty bath/ shower, arrogant staff who hate their jobs. I found a lady underwear in my bathroom. Officialy it's four stars but It gets one star just for its location.

I believe I will always fondly remember my nights at this hotel. The breakfast room was really pretty, and there is a gorgeous bar with couches and rose petals - a must to visit even if not staying in the hotel! Hotel in Casablanca Kenzi Basma was very central which made a late afternoon walk/coffee very easy. Balcony door did not have a lock. So anybody could climb in.
