Room was clean but very noisy (had asked for a quiet room), the rest of the hotel was not clean at all. Getting service in the restaurant or brasserie was painful. Lots of staff stood around chatting who treated the customers as an inconvenience when distrurbed.

Without any offense, this is just another good business hotel at a good locations. Compared to the traditional house of the Royal Mansour this is a usual, modern business hotel with pleasant, clean rooms. The only annoying thing was the contsruction site with tons of dust. This however is not the hotels fault.
