An interesting hotel that has seen better days. Room was comfortable with good beds but noise level from the disco was high and the hotel had more Mosquitos than guests! Excellent location near the city centre. The highlight was the antique lift which complemented the antique hot water service.

This could be the " in" place in Casablanca; all the details and location are there, but whatever renovation has been done (since Edith Piaff), has been done poorly; I would have loved to stay there in her days! Morrocan kitch which is fun and charming. Frontdesk people not helpful. In particular the elderly receptionist is completely malplaced and should be somewhere else where servicemindedness is not an issue. Bartender doubled his beer price. Night club dark, smoky and noisy.
