We stayed in this Riad April15 & 16, 2013. The decor was beautiful and the rooms were spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The room and the bathroom were very clean. It is in a nice location. We had dinner there our last evening in Fes. It was very overpriced although the food was very good. We offered to pay at... More

The place is like a Moroc home, which of course it was. You can walk all over the medina, and if you don't get lost, you will enjoy all of Fes from here. All the basics, bed, shower, location, privacy are excellent. The meals are truly good! Go and enjoy!

We had a group of 11 and stayed 2 nights. The location was central and not far from the medina. The suites were traditional Moroccan, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast by the courtyard pool and the food was excellent. I can recommend this riad highly to anyone holidaying in Fes.

I stayed here with 14 other friends for a reunion and tour of Morocco. The hotel was charming and a real oasis amongst the narrow streets of Fes. When you walk in off the street, to come into this magnificently decorated hotel is fantastic. The rooms were all clean and none of my entourage had any problems or cause for... More

The staff appeared at times a little overworked and our room was accessable up a narrow flight of stairs, but otherwise this was an excellent and impressive riad. The architecture and decore of the interior courtyard and pool was stunning. The food was excellent albeit a little slow in coming. The room was spacious and well appointed. The staff were... More

We loved our two nights here and were pleasantly surprised by how stunningly beautiful it was and how good the food was. I didn't want to eat at the hotel because I assumed it would be better elsewhere...but was proven wrong.

We stayed for a week in thebeautiful, authentic Riad which is well situated for sightseeing. Rooms are furnished in the arabic style and the bathroom decorated in Moroccan mosaique. The breakfast/dining room on the top floor decorated with a Berber-like tent and the outside terrasse offer a great view over Fes. The welcome with a personal touch by the owner... More

I went to the Riad in Feb 2013 and it was gorgeous! The building was magnificent. We took lots of pictures and had fun! Unlike some comments I read on here the prices were fair, and staff was very kind and helpful. My advice to people who aren’t pleased with something is to ask management. They didn’t force us to... Nice decoration, but it doesn’t compensate the EXTREMELY terrible service. Before I provide the list of disappointments I would like to say that it’s not the first time we visit Morocco; I’ve visited several riads before and some of my friends are running riads in this country, and I know the way it should/can be organised. Please see below: 1.... More

Just as we thought we had stayed in all the best places in Morocco we arrived in Fez and opened those big doors and wow we were yet again pleasantly surprised. This place is so traditional. Very tasteful - we stayed in the royal suite which was so luxurious. The service was excellent and the staff spoke good english. The... More
