A rare thing: a riad within the city walls, yet with close parking. Once you overcome the minor obstacles in finding it, you enter an oasis of calm and serenity. Very helpful staff (you need it to negotiate the narrow staircases leading to very well appointed rooms), and extremely friendly owners Hugues and Salima, make this riad an opportunity not... More

The riad's website does not do this place justice - it was a wonderful riad with a great courtyard to relax in and very hospitable hosts who provided us with information not just about Fez but also some great cultural insights. Room was very nice and so were the meals... More

We stayed two nights and very well looked after indeed. The staff were very helpful and courteous and our room was clean, tidy and well presented. Our hosts were incredibly helpful giving us plenty of information about the local area and the country - plus they spoke good english which offset our very poor french. We ate a meal in... More

This riad gives you a very nice place to stay in Fes. Rooms are tasteful decorated. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Meals are excellent, but more expensive than in the medina. More

I read the previous reviews, and thought, "well there's always a few bad ones, but it looks generally ok" - NO. There are many other Riads that are as good, heed our warning! Somebody with access to our room couldn't resist rumaging around my girlfriend's bag to steal her used underwear...! We couldn't believe the audacity of it. Didn't take... More

A lovely riad with lovely staff who took care of all our needs and comforts. My husband had mentioned that we were coming for our anniversary and on our arrival, one of the workers gave me a rose and congratulated us which was very sweet. We were then shown to our room where the bed was covered in rose petals!... More

I was very curious about this Riad concept before going to Morocco. However, after staying at one each at Fes and Marrakech, I have become quite ambivalent, if not altogether allergic to it. I don’t know why but I didn’t feel very comfortable staying there. It was neither a hotel nor a hostel nor was it [someone’s] home. Something was... More

I stayed with my husband in Riad Attarin for 2 nights. This was our final accomodation/destination after we travelled around Morocco for a week. Riad Attarine is really good looking Riad, owners are nice people. On the other side, it does not benefit from being in medina, since all the action is on the other side of the medina. You... More

Riad Attarine at 100euro for 1 nights stay was supposed to be the "treat" of our Moroccon holiday. After staying at far cheaper (and very good) accomodation in the country, reading the reviews from trip advisor my expectations were high. These expectations were at first met. The Riad has a great courtyard with nice traditional features like the fountain and... More

Our "little group" (five children, four adults) stayed at Riad Attarine for two nights. Despite the cool and wet weather we felt warm, dry and really well looked after. The owners of the Riad are very helpful, friendly and even could give us some insight into Morrocan culture as Salima has marrocan background. We had dinner with other guests sitting... More
