Everything in this riad is just perfect and the service is at the level of a 5* hotel. Beautifully decorated and clean rooms, and very quite at night, although not far from the main square, excellent staff, so helpful and friendly, breakfast is huge, varied everyday with different marmelades home- made by the owner. Several terraces with sun- chairs just... More

One of the most unique places I've stayed at. Riad's are traditional Moroccan homes and I remember growing up in a similar one in Bahrain. It was a bit like stepping back in the past. The Moroccan architecture and interiors cast a spell over you. And the welcoming staff are more than helpful looking after you. There is a sense... More

We stayed at Riad Mehdia from 13/4/13. The Riad is perfectly placed near the busy Medina and is quiet and tranquil inside. The Riad is very clean and well kept and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are decorated beautifully and the roof terrace is lovely. Breakfast was varied and included lots of tasty fruit. We also... More

I visited Marrakech several times and stayed in few different riads. I believe Riad Mehdia has the only advantage of very good location in one of the widest street in medina and the car park is few yards away. Th riad has it is own private car and driver if you require one. It is 5 minutes walk to Jema... More

We stayed here for one night after reading the positive reviews on this and other sites. After landing in Marrakech, we took a taxi (which by the way costs the same as the airport bus: 60dh) that dropped off at Djemaa el Fna and from there the riad is about a 10 minute walk. We had 4 pieces of luggage... More

We stayed at Riad Medhia for 5 nights - From the moment we arrived at the airport to the moment we left all our needs were met. All the staff were very pleasant and attentive, always there for you when needed but never intrusive. The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and very peaceful - perfect after a... More

We stayed here early January and really enjoyed our time. Rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious - so many jams! Service was really good. If only it was warmer to enjoy the pool, but we did enjoy sitting on the rooftop lounges. The place had plants everywhere, and it was decorated very nicely. A room with a mini fridge in... More

Me and my boyfriend said here during our stay in Marrakech and it was such a pleasant, hospitable and beautiful riad. The staff and owner were amazing, welcoming and friendly which really made our stay and the breakfasts were delicious. The location is really good too! If/When I come back to Marrakech I'm going to ensure I stay here!!!!

Set in the heart of Marrakech, this Riad is probably one of the best. Close to everything and a great terrace. All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious.

I stayed here in Dec 2011 and fell in love with the staff, the riad itself, the old town, even the speedy motorbikes were a delight (in their own way). Returning from the hustle and bustle into this riad, our sanctuary and haven, was like coming home to our own palace. We felt special and valued. And the staff really... More
