To be fair to the staff and the Riad itself we were visiting out of season I suppose. It all looks a bit tired and could do with a good spruce-up but if you are not expecting too much you will not be disappointed. Our room was in the new part of the Riad and was very generic and hadn't... More

Wonderful oasis in the middle of the madness that is Marakech. Fountains, tangerine trees, banana palms and the most friendly and courteous people you will ever meet. Getting there is a bit of an adventure if you've never been to Marakech: You will be escorted by hordes of over-helpful youths all trying to make a buck and as you progress... More

Stayed at this Riad on 3 separate occasions during our trek/ travel as organised by our agency. Authentic and quiet rooms. Friendly and basic service. WiFi strong at pool only. Breakfast adequately basic. 10 metres to Sijad Spa which offers convenient hamman and massage for couples. Tried them 2-3 times. Not classy but convenient stroll to riad.

We had a wonderful time using Riad Slitine as our base to explore Marrakesh. We had a triple room with our 3 year old daughter sleeping on a mattress in the spacious room. It was Christmas and the Riad put on an excellent meal & drinks for all the guests. Their lamb tagine was the best from our sample of... More

Riad Slitine, what a beautiful way to end our two week tour of Morocco! It's maybe a little modern but a real treat to come back to after wandering around in crazy Marrakech. We would go for a swim and have a few drinks around the pool before dinner. We had dinner there one night which was delicious with excellent... More

Nice and well-kept Riad, very good and central location. We stayed in some new rooms, which were nice, but lacked a bit in authenticity. The place is very well-kept, clean and quit. Great little pool area where also breakfast is served. For dinner we would advice to go out and find your way. Dinner at the Riad is not bad,... More

We stayed in the large room, an authentic moroccan room, no tv inside the room, but really you dont need it. Very, very peaceful, romantic, cozzy, and lovely place. within minutes from the Jemaa el Fna square. Breakfast ok, not much variety. Wifi only by the pool and front desk. Very nice and hospitable personnel. Highly recommended

When we first arrived, we were quite wary, because of the small streets, not always very clean. We thought we were in a bad neighbourhood. Luckyly we were guided bij Younes, a tall and very modest man working at the Riad and we felt safe. That first impression was soon to be forgotten when we entered the Riad. It was... More

Beautifully restored riad within four minutes easy and interesting walk of the famed Jemaa El Fna Square. The ambience of this property is sophisticated and classy. Had a good room on the first floor that opened onto a quiet courtyard. The room fan control switch was quite noisy and the fan finally stopped working. This was reported to the staff... More
