Arrived at 2:00 AM to a freezing cold room with windows wide open and damp sheets. No hot water and breakfast was rubbish. Nothing looked finished . I would never stay in this dump again. Really bad experience.

Not the best hotel in the world to arrive at at 2AM - kept awake all night - freezing cold and the sound of the sea was deafening - in the morning discover the sea was so close because the balcony door didn't shut - that also expains being freezing cold all night!!

Reception staff are a lottery, Some cannot not do enough for you and some will not do anything for you. Usually the bad staff brush you off with ''I will do it later''. The hotel has seen better days. I am sure it was there flagship hotel in it's day but sadly just like Tangier, maintenance is not an issue... More

The rooms were filthy. The food was like horrible school diners. The staff were unhelpful. The facilities were non existent. This hotel ruined a much look forwarded to holiday.
