Very "french" service. You should fire to draw the staff's attention. The only possible language except their native one is french. No english. For about 20 min they tried to find my reservation. The location is good, the room was clean.

Better then some 5 marrocan stars hotels. However the rooms should have a better windows to cancel the noize of the street. Exept from that the hotel is good to rest and relax for 2 nights.

They didn't have our reservation booked through Expedia and instead of getting us another room, they had us wait an hour in the lobby. Finally we left and found another hotel. And since they charged Expedia even though we didn't stay there, we couldn't get a refund! The WORST customer service we had in Morocco!
