“What was obviously once a lovely hotel is now falling apart and shabby”

In desperate need of maintenance and an overall overhaul! The location could be lovely if the filthy and stinky beach were cleaned up. The rooms were once very nice but have fallen into disrepair. “Bad Service for big money”

We stayed a week there in march 2013. The whole week one towel for one room, even if there are two people. Mzungus are not welcome there. Aircondition out of order - no initative to fix it. The beach is dirty. Loud music in the night.

“Attention to detail would help”

Spending a week at the hotel for a meeting. Although the staff are quite pleasant, I think there is substantial room for improvement. Access to one of the stores/kitchen was through our meeting room so hotel staff keep walking in and out. i have been here for a couple of days, and i really enjoyed the beautiful scene here and i feel refreshed.....the food is taste, have a lot of fun in the swimming pool. all in all it's great here

it has got harmonious surroundings, nice cooking's...lot of surfing experience, superspeed internet unless bad weather. nice rooms with pleasant house keepers.. i really enjoyed a lot, you wont regret ever being in this hotel. ts you guys, don know if they are services deteriorates before my visit, but now they are good. go check for yourselves guys.

Location is good, by the beach, but my stay - planned for 3 nights but cut to 1 - was bad. Room service (a pizza) took 1.5 hours and was uncooked. Internet didn't work. Service was bad. This hotel is fine - but they have a t.v. at the heart of the hotel, in the restaurant, near the beach, that blares from 6:00am until you beg them to turn it off repeatedly at around midnight. I am not sure if they turn it off at all otherwise. This makes it difficult to sleep to say the least... More
