We visited the restaurant with friends. The meals were excellent and we enjoyed the beauty of the grounds. The gardens provided for a very relaxing place to visit. The service was superb! Would highly recommend this property when visiting Harare.

This was my second stay at the Bronte Hotel, four nights, and it was absolutely brilliant! Norbert at reception was excellent, and accommodated last minute changes in my schedule without even a grimace. The gardens and sculptures provide an excellent view whether you're standing in your balcony, or sitting outside the Palms Restaurant at breakfast or dinner (excellent steak, and... More

I stayed at the Bronte for 2 months in February and March this year. I travel extensively in Africa and can honestly say that no other hotel has made me feel more "at home". The genuine care of the front line staff was amazing. From people like Carlene, Arab, Norbert and their colleagues at reception to Cloud and his colleagues... More

Second time i am visiting the place and the grounds are simply great. Ever green and it's an ideal place to relax and work. Careful though on the groundrooms as there are bound to have safari ants which are not friendly at night. Had the experience and i appreciate the response from the staff. A little antihistamines and the rashes... More

The garden is amazing and worth the stay in itslef. Rooms are ok and service is also ok, whereas food is mediocre, unless you opt for the seperate restaurant Emmanuels, which is very good. If you discount the garden then it is probably not so good value for money.

I went for work, enjoyed the beautiful grounds and great hospitality. Fabulous breakfast all the fruits I love enjoying while in Africa. Very helpful hotel staff, I felt cold and needed an extra blanket and got it. Fab grounds. Made it seem all the better for the amount of work I had to do while there. Only warning like most... More

I have just returned from a business trip, having not visited Harare since 1995. I stayed at the Bronte simply because another businessman I was meeting in Harare had booked in here. Neither of us had stayed here before, but both of us will book here again on our next trip. Let's just say I'd rather hold all my meetings... More

When bronte was completely booked out and the other hotels in harare were insanely costly the reception of bronte was helpful in identifyingthe baines hotel opposite the road. decent spacious rooms, wlan complementary, hot shower and good breakfast buffet with attentive service made the stay pleasant. nex time coming to HarareIi shall book in again.
