too ordinary and average, could be perfect as a backpackers place does'nt really meet Guest House standards, almost perfect location but there is need to improve on service and appearance among other important issues to really compete in the Guest House World

Very simple place in a very inconvenient area. You will be astounded if you pay before arriving because it is very poor value for money. After our trip to Tofo we ended up staying at another guest house actually in the city for exactly same price.
