This hotel has captured a wonderful corner of Dakar. At the pool side you would have no idea you were in the centre of town . Wonderfully located and central . When I first entered the room the door knob fell off in my hands. That was the start to one of the worst hotel experiences that i have ever had. I am very unlikely to stay in any of your hotels ever again. When I complained to the management they offered me a free coffee. I refused the coffee.

I have stayed at Terrou-Bi, Novotel and Pullman, and Pullman has been the best so far. Terrou-Bi is very nice, and the internet and rooms were good, but the location is too remote for restaurants, supermarkets etc. Novotel is old, the décor was 70s, ocean window small and internet poor. The hotel has been downgraded to a Pullman3 years ago but it remains an excellent hotel in Dakar and convenient if you've business in Plateau (downtown). The pool is terrific if you can spend some times there. The restaurant should be avoid as many other better restaurant are located in the area.
