Having travelled to Bhutan a number of times before, I can say that my accommodation at Bhutan Suites was the most comfortable I have experienced in the country. The accommodation was like an apartment with a lounge room, kitchenette and a separate bedroom with an enormous, soft king size bed providing probably the most comfortable sleep I have had in Bhutan. It felt like a fully serviced home away from home! The location is set away from the noisy downtown Thimphu up on a hill near the ancient Changangkha Temple. The view from my rooms balcony of the Thimphu Valley was breathtaking. The facilities were all very clean, and the rooms warm with floor heating. The staff really friendly and the vegetarian food in the restaurant was surprisingly delicious.
Will definitely return to this quiet and peaceful guesthouse! more
