At the outset we had a bad reception. The lady at the reception did not even have a smile for us, she answered in monosyllables and had a very stern expression...very bad attitude. The lobby is spacious and beautiful.The rooms are spacious, bathroom has a tub and plenty of hot water which was a big plus. The view is great....
