I stayed at the Queena Plaza for a week on business. Originally my travel agent booked me in the Shangri-la in Kaohsiung because it’s considered to be a 5-star western-style hotel. Stayed at the Queena Chinatrust Landmark Hotel for 2 nights. The service is good and i love the buffet breakfast that comes with the room. The staff are friendly and helpful, responsive room service where the staff came within minutes. The room i stayed in was clean and definitely has a minimum 4 star feel. Well recommended.

I stayed here for business for two nights and really enjoyed it. I didn't venture out of the hotel, so I can't comment on the area. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. The room was spacious and lovely. The breakfast downstairs every morning was tasty and relaxing. This hotel is really nice.

I hear this hotel just got built recently. I am staying there right now. So far my overall experience has been fine. The staff is all friendly and they speak English well enough.
