This hotel provided first-rate service as wells as excellent facilities and great Internet connectivity. The decor, the bathroom fixtures, the tri-lingual staff, all contributed to my appreciation of Taipei's Japanese cultural influences. The Linsen Rd. area is a great base of operations, as other reviewers have pointed out.

this is the second time I'm staying here ! why......we like the breakfast, staff (even help to carry the luggage to outside the hotel when I check out),room (except not soundproof, but bigger than other hotels with the same rate, more facilities and amenities), there is a morning market and subway station within walking distance.

Nice hotel in Japanese imperial style. I had large and comfortable room with spa, 40 inch TV, king size bed and so on for US$115 power night only. Personal was very friendly and help me with any problem. I like this hotel.

Convenient and friendly staff. Rooms need updating with modern facilities. Better beds, better HVAC systems and decor. A better breakfast that didn't just have chiken nuggets ir chocolate bananas for western food. Staff and pricing made up for some of tge negatives. Great to have washing machines.
