I stayed here for 2 nights in mid March and did not liked the place one bit. I stayed in the apartment in Ximending and yes, I do agree that the location is good as Ximending is just below.
However, the guy in charge has a very bad service attitude and will blame you when you check in later than...

Just back from Taiwan few days ago, i have stayed here for 4 nights with family. It is a studio type apartment and very well furnished and decorated. Easy to find food downstairs and it's near to MRT. Value for money. I will come back again.
We've stayed here 4 nights during our trip to Taipei. Beautifully decorated studio apartment which is clean, comfortable and cozy. Location is great, just 2-3 minutes walk to Taipower Building station, and Shida night market. For only NTD1099 per night (breakfast not included), it is really value for money.
I'll stay no where else! The place is comfortable and tastefully decorated :)
