Very friendly stuff, spacious suite, great location, everything is clean and brand new. Breakfast is also great and you can choose between local food or European. From hotel you can go everywhere by foot, if you want to use MRT it's 7 min walk from hotel.

I've been there for two nights travelling alone. I asked for a deluxe room single use. The room was nice, clean and reasonable spacious. It was on the second floor (first in western) and this affected the the overall quiteness since the room was facing the road. Recently stayed two nights at the Royal Biz Hotel. The location is great only 5 minutes from the Dongmen station. Great restaurants nearby including a Din Tai Fung! Within walking distance to Daan Park and the Jade/Flower market. Friendly staff and great amenities including breakfast and nice fitness center. Highly recommend!!
