If you're wanting to be close to loads of shopping opportunities and close to the skytrain then this hotel will meet both those requirements. The staff are helpful and friendly and the rooms are clean. Its a great place to retreat to after a busy day exploring Bangkok.

Room was spacious and well equip. Based on my experience I want to say that it is way better than Citin Pratunam. Bad thing is that you have to walk quite far to the shops located at the center of Pratunam.
