The staff is extremely nice and helpful, but the hotel is not that great. The shower pressure and temperature kept changing every few seconds. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast horrible even by Thai standards. I only had to spend one night thankfully

I stayed one night after arriving BKK late at night. Free transfer from airport, as long as you notifly the hotel with your flt details a few days ahead. We stayed here as our first stop on our 4 week adventure. It was a Perfect location for a quick stay. Close to airport. Friendly staff, decent pool. And excellent airport transfer. Just what we needed.

Not a single complaint. Airport shuttle was efficient and reasonably easy to locate upon my arrival (with the help of their descriptive email attachment). Hotel is modern and pleasant. Neighbourhood is just fine with some ok places to walk. Staff very helpful and friendly. My room was immaculate and spacious. There is also a pleasant outdoor pool and seating area.
