My husband and I just left Hansaah this morning after a 4 night stay. If you're used to guesthouses then this is a great option in Bangkok. The breakfast is fabulous. You can choose from bacon and eggs, crepe, or yogurt and fruit all served with wonderful toast and homemade jam. The owner Jac, is very kind and helpful and... More

We enjoyed every detail during our staying. Jac and Pom were so helpful even before our arrival as they prepared an itinerary to the driver written in native language. So we haven`t any problem finding a hotel. The food was perfect, the room was clean and cosy, the interiors were nice, everything worked. We returned to the room after each... More

We stayed at Hansaah 3 nights in December when we arrived in Bangkok and 4 nights before leaving for home in February. The owners were helpful and made our stay very easy. They found a convenient place for us to assemble and disassemble our bicycles. During our cycle tour, they stored our bicycle cases and loaned us a portable telephone.... More

Nothing bad to stay! We recommend it to anyone who is looking for a room to stay in Bangkok. Owners were incredibly helpful, breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. We started off our 4 month travelling exp at this guest house, and what a great place to start. Taxi or Tuk Tuk ride away from Khao sang road,... More

We showed up at the Hansaah Guest house at 2am with 10 people. Jac greeted us warmly. This place is beautiful and classy. Everything is in perfect condition and you can tell the owners take great pride in their guesthouse. The best part was breakfast which was included with the rooms. Homemade bread, homemade jam, the best hot chocolate, the... More

Very nice place to stay. Cosy and confortable. Very clean. Close to main thai boxing ring, or a nice park out of tourist path ;-) 15 to 20 min taxi from central areas. Owners are as helpful and kind as depicted in previous posts. Excellent breakfasts, except one strange thing: they offer you a "shot" of orange juice instead of... More

I suppose the people who grade this place as "excellent" haven't seen much of the world. Granted, the rooms are nicely (if cheaply) furnished, but vastly overpriced given the location and compared to other guesthouses and the hotels in the neighborhood. The breakfast is pretty basic and you get charged for a second cup of coffee or tea -- what... More

All our rooms are equipped with solid wood furniture and thick mattresses (international standard). If I recall it well, this guest came to us asking for availabilities. We showed him the only free room (PIKUN on 2nd fl) that we proposed at a rebated 1200 Baht/night. After visit, he decided to book it. It seems the room did not look... More

I stayed here in three periods over two month. It’s very cosy – it’s very clean – it’s close to all transport and worth the higher price compared to many guesthouses in the area. The owners are fluent in French and English and extremely helpful whatever the issue and do not miss the chance to let Pom, co-owner and chef... More

Hansaah is the ideal place to stay if you are a first time visitor to Bangkok...esp because of the wonderful owners... Jaques and Pom. They gave me a detailed e mail of how to get there and also a printout to hand over to the taxi driver...who however could not read much of either English or Thai...eeks!! Had to wake... More

Mrs K is a wonderful Indian woman. We have been delighted having her stay with us for a while. - It’s true (and we underline it when answering a request), our building has got 3 floors over mezzanine floor and no lift. And there is unfortunately no way I can improve that ;-( Not so great indeed when you are... More

Everything was just great. It started with all the information they gave us before arriving in BKK, making shure that you won't get scamed. They even mailed us a direction for the Taxi-Driver which was in Thai. The Rooms are very clean and stylish. The view from the standard room PIKUN is not really good, but the higher your room...
