After 4 emails, the hotel failed to provide pickup service. We had to take an expensive cab, who drove around 30 minutes looking for hotel. I would choose Novotel hotel next time, they have desk at airport. Food was good, room was small, clean and hot!

Reception class, was picked up from the airport, in a very chic minibus, as the friendly staff at the reception! Unfortunately, the pool at the entrance lose a little, here are a well-equipped gym. This hotel would be good for one thing, late night arrival in Bangkok and early departure the next morning. Facility looks nice and is clean but the staff is poorly trained, the restaurant is less than adequate, the Wi-Fi seldom works, even when you stand right next to the router, and it can get noisy as tour buses come in... The hotel is very close to the airport. Our booking included a free transfer to the airport and this was provided on time. I had emailed earlier with questions but this was not answered. The biggest problem was the hard mattress - I had a lot of problems sleeping.

Having ordered transport from airport which did not arrive made own way by taxi. When informing receptionist that transport he started shouting that we had not ordered any and accused us of lying he carried on shouting which we could not understand but finally he was joined by a female who said we could not stay at their hotel. no... We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and found the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the bed was huge. We ate on the rooftop resturant and the food was really good, as was the breakfast. We were close to shops and markets and enjoyed our stay and would reccomend this hotel.
