If you want the latest modern conveniences like free internet, wifi throughout the hotel, ipod docking stations, flashy business centre, 250+ cable stations, TVs in your bathroom, etc. then go to a nice business hotel. The Four Seasons in Bangkok is one of those hotels that is old school - it has fantastic service, great staff, very good food, and... more

Beautiful hotel with an incredible breakfast buffet. The rooms were lovely, the 24-hr pool was very nice and the Skytrain stop just a few meters from the front door was extremely convenient, but our favorite thing about staying here was the absolutely fantabulous breakfast spread. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and courteous as well, really top notch. At diplomatic... more

I am attending a business function here and the room was booked by the function organizer. The hotel is in the center of the city along with a very dense cluster of other hotels. By its location it is somewhat overshadowed by the Hyatt next door and if I were to come to Bangkok again, I would give a serious... more

I stayed in the Cabana room located on the same level as the swimming pool and purports to create the ambiance of being in a resort. Unfortunately the room is disappointing if that is the intention. Like the rest of the hotel, the room is decidedly tired and like the rest of the hotel is badly in need of a... more

"Disappointing". I stayed the 4 seasons for 3 nights last year and it was an utter letdown. The room was mainstream, ordinary and plain to say the least, it was a far cry from the photos they had published on their hotel website. Food was terrible! I had room service for 3 days, both lunch dinner and supper and i... more

This hotel was a let-down. The location was good, right by the sky-train, but that was the extent of good things about the four seasons. The service was very snobby. They constintly asked my room number to make sure that I was actually a guest of the hotel. I could not walk down the hallway without an employee accosting me.... more

Great location. Easy to walk to Chidlom station. Very central. Chose this hotel over Peninsula precisely because it is so accessible to everywhere. However, the decor of the corridors are old. Walls are thin and I can hear plumbing at night. Breakfast was great. Good variety. Staff was professional. This hotels just needs a facelift so badly. more

The hotel has a perfect location in downtown Bangkok, close to skytrain station(only 2 minute walk to the closest station), and close to the major shopping area in Bangkok (five minutes walk to Central World). 3 minutes walk to the famous four face buddha temple. Hotel lobby is very beautiful, however, the room is a bid tired out, the bathroom... more
