We stayed there just 2 nights before we left Thailand and we were completely satisfied. The rooms were big and clean, in a very reasonable price. The area had some night clubs and some bars. The hotels tuk tuk could get you were you want. The sky train isn't very far.

My first stay here and it started out badly with the safe not working and a very long time to get help. Then in the morning a differ problem with the safe but after that was fixed no other issues. Some senior staff were rude. Slippers and toothbrush were not given. I had to ask for them. The hair dryer was broken. The tuk tuk was out of service on the second night of our stay. Long walk to Nana station, takes about 15 mins. Not going back to this hotel for sure.

Good size rooms and quite clean. Will equipped. Just that is a bit 10 min walk from sukhumvit road or metro. Takes about 100 bath by tuk tuk or taxi to shopping areas However the staff is not quite as friendly at reception or at the restaurant

This hotel is not good as the in room kettle and stove don't work The breakfast is not well stocked Tuk tuk to nana station isn't available 60% of the time during my stay I hope that improve all this Otherwise pool and gym are great Staff very friendly And great value for money

This is one among the most comfortable hotels I have stayed in Asia. Large rooms with a wonderful kitchenette and laundry facility, the rooms have a large LCD TV for good viewing. The staff is excellent and very cooperative. The breakfast is good. Check with the reception if you are coming early as early checkin is normally delayed.

Stayed there for 4 nights, in late May, 2013. The hotel offered a great package that gave us upgrade to suites for same rate, as normal room. (Availability was needed) The staff was friendly and personal, but not intrusive. Room was good, as well as the restaurant served a good breakfast with fresh eggs cooked on order.

rented the Penthouse for three nights and close to all the action for what we were looking for and the Bell Staff especially juan and Sean are at your seervice night and day. Their little tuk tuk service is the bomb for getting to and from and they were never late always eraly on pick ups!

This was my third stay in this hotel which has an excellent location spacious roomsgood breakfast will definitely recommend staff was very helpful and polite and request for better view was upgraded to a suite which has an excellent view
